Returns and Refunds

Because every bar and blend is handcrafted fresh in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your trust matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll make it right because every Bliss Beauty deserves the full Aurora experience.
Lost or Returned Packages
Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. Please double-check your information at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
Lost in Transit
Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS or UPS). If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to provide any information needed to support the process.
